We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to provide expert legal advice and support across various jurisdictions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate contracts, including customer and vendor agreements.
  • Provide guidance on contractual obligations and commercial terms.
  • Attend negotiation calls with the team or independently.
  • Manage data privacy matters, including researching global regulatory developments.
  • Review internal documents and policies specific to the India jurisdiction.
  • Draft and maintain standard contract templates to streamline the contracting process.

Requirements:

  • Law graduate with 4-6 years of experience in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR.
  • Experience with related documentation is a must-have.
  • Knowledge about SaaS contracts is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of employment contracts and related matters in India is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills.

Working Arrangements:

A five-day office presence is required for this position.
