Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator

About our organization:

We are a leading engineering company specializing in sheet metal stampings and metal fabrication toolings and components. We cater to a wide range of industries including automotive, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and more.

Our team is looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR and administrative functions, supporting end-to-end recruitment, and drafting and communicating internal emails and office circulars.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and Internshala.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management team in managing daily HR and administrative functions.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as , Naukri, Internshala, and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
