Job Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial situations.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client data and interactions.
