Job Title: Employment and Employee Relations Expert\

Collaborative individuals with strong interpersonal skills are sought to build relationships with employees, thrive in a collaborative environment, and develop expertise in employment and employee relations.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business consultants across the US.\
  • Advise on complex employee relations issues including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.\
  • Evaluate and resolve employment decisions to address employee concerns effectively and fairly.\
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.\
  • Generate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.\
  • Handle high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.\
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.\
