Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our team. As a Senior Technical Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge technology that powers our fulfillment solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and deep learning. You should have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex systems, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality code that scales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing backend infrastructure and APIs.
  • Writing high-quality code that is robust, readable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to discuss and implement ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building complex, high-performance systems.
  • Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems.
  • Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
  • Deep experience in designing scalable, distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and principles like the CAP theorem and fault tolerance.
  • Skilled in system strategies, including load balancing, caching, service discovery, rate limiting, disaster recovery, and observability.
  • Hands-on with Java Spring Boot, Python, Android, and containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
