At the forefront of innovation, we seek an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to spearhead our Life Science & Tech sector projects. This highly coveted role demands a profound understanding of structural analysis and design, accompanied by exceptional project management skills and a talent for mentoring high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Structural Design Leadership: Our ideal candidate will oversee the entire structural design process, from conceptual phase through to completion. Key areas of focus include analyzing and designing superstructures and foundations for industrial facilities, as well as steel and concrete buildings.
  • Tech Expertise: The successful candidate will review geotechnical reports, vendor drawings, and fabrication drawings, providing senior-level input on structural requirements to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, they will advise internal clients on compliance with all relevant safety codes.
  • Project & Team Management: As a seasoned professional, this individual will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also mentor less-experienced engineers, support manpower planning, and conduct performance appraisals to drive career progression.
  • Quality & Safety: Unwavering commitment to QA/QC processes and company/site safety policies is paramount in this position.
  • Collaboration: To achieve a clash-free system design, the chosen candidate will work closely with other disciplines and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering being highly desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience is required, preferably with EPC project experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. A strong team player with effective people management skills is also vital.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to the United States to support inter-departmental initiatives is a must.
