Structural Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team.

- Experience: 5+ years

- Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil + M.Tech in Structure

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with directors, project managers and construction managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  2. Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within established parameters.
  3. Work closely with clients and structural design engineers to produce innovative designs.
  4. Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct timely performance reviews.
  5. Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs.
Required Skills
  1. Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  2. Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.
  3. Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  4. Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.
Preferred Skills
  1. Familiarity with timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo and 3D structure modelling software.
  2. Experience with precast technology and hands-on experience in designing precast buildings.
  3. Structural design license.
