Job Title: Senior Structural Engineering Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineering Specialist to lead the design and execution of critical infrastructure projects. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in structural analysis, design, and project management.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can produce high-quality deliverables, mentor a team, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Structural Design Leadership: Lead the structural design of projects from the conceptual phase through completion, ensuring all requirements are met.
  2. Technical Expertise: Review geotechnical reports, vendor drawings, and fabrication drawings. Advise clients on structural requirements to ensure they meet safety codes and operational needs.
  3. Project & Team Management: Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, monitoring all key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of engineers, supporting manpower planning, and conducting performance appraisals to foster career growth.
  4. Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and all company and site safety policies.
  5. Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to develop a clash-free system design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering as a plus.

- Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with a preference for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project experience.

- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce accurate work.

- Personal Attributes: A dynamic personality who is eager to learn and committed to a long-term role.
