Deputy General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our IPDRG coding service line. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of service line management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations and delivery of the IPDRG coding service line.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence to meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings, improve client outcomes, and grow business opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance for optimal operational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of service line management, operational processes, and service delivery models.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in Operations and Delivery or a similar role.
  • Mandatory experience in IPDRG coding specialty with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a leadership position with a focus on service line management.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
