Executive Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive to lead our facility management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of key responsibilities, drive continuous progress, and foster a collaborative spirit.

  • To ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain accurate records of contractual labour, outside services, and bill payments.
  • To provide induction training to contract labours, ensure timely wages payment, and manage contractual manpower availability in line with approved budget and production plans.
  • To oversee various audits, including compliance, internal, and external audits related to facility management, and ensure the availability of materials in stock.
  • To arrange pest control services, facilitate smooth transportation facilities, and ensure good quality canteen services as per company policy and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in facility management, with a strong educational background. Any graduate degree will be considered.
