We are seeking a seasoned JIRA Administrator with expertise in AHA and Atlassian tools to drive our company's digital transformation forward.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and take on the challenge of administering JIRA instances, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools, with a strong focus on customization, workflow automation, and seamless integration with strategic planning platforms like AHA Roadmaps.

Main Responsibilities
  • JIRA Administration & Customization: Administer JIRA instances, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Leverage strong expertise in JIRA customization, workflow automation, scripting using technologies like Groovy, JQL, and REST API.
  • Atlassian Ecosystem Management: Manage and optimize the broader Atlassian tools environment, including JIRA.
  • AHA Roadmaps Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
  • Security & User Management: Maintain a solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management, implementing best practices.
  • Environment Management: Work effectively across Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
  • Plugin Management: Utilize familiarity with common JIRA plugins such as ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, and Portfolio.
  • Methodology Adherence: Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies to support development and project management teams.
  • Problem Solving: Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues within the JIRA and Atlassian ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in JIRA administration.
