Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Netsuite system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing core administrative and functional support tasks for Netsuite.
  • Maintaining users, roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules within the Netsuite environment.
  • Customizing Netsuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Working with inventory management and advanced inventory management modules.
  • Utilizing standard Netsuite reports, saved searches, and custom reports within Suite Analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in core SaaS ERP (Netsuite) as a functional consultant or administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Netsuite implementation and support in areas like order management, supply chain execution, product operations, and procurement.
  • Ability to maintain users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.
  • Capability to customize Netsuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and advanced inventory management module.
