Expert in NetSuite Systems

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, maintaining and enhancing NetSuite ERP systems to support various business processes.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement scalable NetSuite solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day NetSuite account activities
  • Create new roles, update existing roles and assign permissions as required
  • Add and update user access with appropriate roles
  • Create new saved searches and update existing ones based on user requests
  • Customize reports to enhance functionality and utility for users
  • Create custom objects and manage deployment activities across different environments
  • Understand Suite Scripts and possess the ability to understand and debug code
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the NetSuite Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
  • Utilize the GitHub process for deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder

Proficiency with NetSuite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Understanding of NetSuite financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and other core business processes

Knowledge of system integration and data migration

Strong communication and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Benefits:
