Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite expert to manage all requests related to accounting software. This includes assisting in SKU management, month-end close tasks, data clean-up, and providing support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be proficient in Excel and have working knowledge of general NetSuite functionality, CSV imports, saved searches, SuiteBuilder, and web services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage NetSuite requests and assist with SKU management, month-end close tasks, and data clean-up.
  • Provide technical system support to different departments.
  • Maintain NetSuite to meet business needs and work with outside consultants on improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough testing on new products, processes, or functional initiatives and deploy.
  • Create/update reports and saved searches, and assist in data analysis.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data flow of information to and from NetSuite.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite (administering, implementing, consulting, or developing).
  • Working knowledge of general NetSuite functionality, CSV imports, saved searches, SuiteBuilder, and web services.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Management Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting.
  • Proficient Excel skills required.
  • SuiteScript, Javascript, SQL, and other programming experience a plus.
