We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of NetSuite ERP Senior Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing NetSuite changes and testing, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments. They will also be responsible for managing and coordinating NetSuite bi-annual updates, creating configurations and customizations, and providing on-going systems and technical support.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and supporting customizations, custom objects, and integrations
  • Customizing and maintaining reports, dashboards, workbooks, and save searches
  • Supporting existing customizations (workflows, custom records, roles etc.)
  • Acting as a delivery lead, coordinating activities, meetings, milestones etc. for critical initiatives

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
  • Can confidently provide support and user training across departments
  • Recommend best practices/challenge the status quo
  • Driven individual who seeks continuous improvement and upskilling
  • Proactive and self-managed
  • Hands on knowledge in PTP, OTC, FAM, Dashboards, Role management, Integration Setup, Dashboards, Search/Reports, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow

Certifications/Education/Training/Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Relevant NetSuite Certifications
  • Experience supporting NetSuite platforms in larger organizations, highly customized environments

Requirements

  • Resource that has been in large organizations (2k+ employees), public ideal.
  • Supporting systems they never built is different than supporting a system they know well
  • Certifications ideal

Mandatory Skills

  • NetSuite Administration certification or relevant certifications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
  • Can confidently provide support and user training across departments

Work Timings: 2 AM PST - 11 AM PST
