Job Title : NetSuite Senior AssociateExperience : 3 to 6 YearsLocation : Bangalore/HyderabadJob Summary :We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Senior Associate to join our global project team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, functional design, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and support. This role requires strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and an ability to deliver high-quality Responsibilities :

  • Assist project teams in documenting functional requirements and process mapping.
  • Configure NetSuite environments for client prototypes and walkthroughs.
  • Develop and test functional designs and business solution prototypes.
  • Prepare data for migrations, cutover, and testing activities.
  • Provide expertise in Financials, Taxes, Localization, SuiteTax, Legacy Systems, Avalara.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams to execute project tasks as per the plan.
  • Perform UAT/SIT testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project expectations.
  • Hands-on configuration, unit testing, and deployment of NetSuite solutions.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with Consultants, Developers, and Solution Architects.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite product enhancements and apply new capabilities.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and timely execution within & Skills :
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on NetSuite Functional Implementation experience.

Experience as a Consultant in multiple NetSuite implementations, leading full or partial project phases.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage self-driven tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support for user adoption and NetSuite configuration optimization.
