Switchfly’s Atlassian Administrator will work cross-functionally supporting both production and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for support and development the Atlassian suite of products. The role will be the training resource for end users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering and managing Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability
- Configuring and customizing Atlassian tools to meet the needs of various teams, including workflows, permissions, and dashboards
- Developing and maintaining integrations between Atlassian products and other enterprise systems to enhance productivity and streamline processes
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Atlassian tools, addressing user issues, and implementing best practices for usage and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, and software engineering, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance project management and collaboration
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and best practices for the administration of Atlassian tools
- Conducting training sessions and creating user guides to empower team members with the knowledge to effectively utilize Atlassian tools
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in Atlassian tool administration and identifying opportunities to improve our toolset and processes
- Managing all Atlassian licensing

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Opsgenie administration
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Groovy, PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency
- A self-starter mindset with analytical thinking and a curiosity to optimize and enhance tool usage
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a passion for improving productivity and collaboration tools

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with advanced Jira administration, including custom plugins and add-ons
- Demonstrable experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other development tools
- Experience with cloud-based deployments of Atlassian products (e.g., Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience supporting agile teams
