Job Title: Senior Windows Server Administrator

Department: IT Infrastructure Technical Support

Reports To:

IT Manager/Infrastructure Head

Experience Required:

8+ years in Windows System Administration with L3-level responsibilities.

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Server Administrator to oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring OS-level security compliance and configuration, automating routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting, configuring and managing Windows clustering, administering SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering, and designing, deploying, and managing Active Directory infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
  • Perform server performance tuning and patch management.
  • Ensure OS-level security compliance and configuration.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Configure and manage Windows clustering.
  • Administer SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Windows System Administration with L3-level responsibilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong understanding of OS-level security compliance and configuration.
  • Ability to design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure.
