Job Title:

A seasoned IT professional with a strong background in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory is required to fill this challenging role.

  • About the Role:

    • Provide high-level technical support for Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
    • Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including FSMO roles, Sites & Services, GPOs, and trusts.

  • Requirements:

    • Possess at least 8 years of experience in Windows System Administration with L3-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server Administration:

    • Manage and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments, performing server performance tuning and patch management as needed.
    • Ensure OS-level security compliance and configuration, automating routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
    • Configure and manage Windows clustering, administering SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering.

  • Active Directory Management:

    • Troubleshoot AD replication, authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), and ensure seamless user access to resources.

Qualifications:

A deep understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and related technologies is essential for success in this role. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving issues are also highly valued.
