Job Title: Enterprise Server Administrator

Department: IT Infrastructure/Technical Support

Reports To: IT Manager/Infrastructure Head

Experience Required: 8+ years in system administration with L3-level responsibilities, focusing on server and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:Server & Infrastructure Management
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Perform server performance tuning and patch management to prevent potential issues.
  • Ensure OS-level security compliance and configuration to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting to enhance efficiency.
  • Configure and manage Windows clustering for high-availability solutions.
  • Administer SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Active Directory (AD) Administration
  • Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including FSMO roles, Sites & Services, GPOs, and trusts.
  • Troubleshoot AD replication, authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), and DNS issues to minimize downtime.
