Your primary focus will be on quality of hire rather than quantity of hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience during the hiring cycle and building credible and longstanding relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Vice President TA, Department heads, and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest hiring processes and technologies to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage the end-to-end TA lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
