Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Process: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job portals, social media, internal databases) to identify potential candidates.
3. Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and company platforms.
4. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match profiles with job requirements.

Desired Skills:

1. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
2. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
