Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience:

oFor Recruiter Trainee: 0-2 years of recruitment experience.

oFor Recruiter: 1-5 years of recruitment experience.

oFor Lead Recruiter: 2-5 years of recruitment experience with proven leadership skills.

oFor Senior Recruiter: 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on IT or Non-IT sectors.

oFor Sourcer: 0-5 years of experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.

Skills:

oStrong interpersonal and communication skills.

oProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

oAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

oStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.
