Job Title: Financial Reporting Associate

As a key member of the finance team, this role is responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of Ind AS and IFRS financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal and external audit guidelines.
  • Accounting Entries: Support day-to-day accounting activities, including variance analysis of income and expenses to track monthly trends.
  • Liaising with Auditors: Collaborate with statutory auditors during quarter-end reviews and annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Offshore Entity Returns: Prepare and submit regulatory returns for offshore entities, adhering to strict deadlines and protocols.
  • Tax and Governance: Liaise with internal departments on tax, governance, and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Commerce (B Com or M Com) or be semi-qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
