Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, statutory audits, and financial planning. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Due Diligence: Lead due diligence projects for transactions, ensuring thorough assessments of financial risk and opportunity.
  • Statutory Audits: Perform statutory audits and provide insights to clients on financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans that align with clients' business objectives and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, due diligence, statutory audits, and financial planning.
