Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of business principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers for business opportunities with the help of a supervisor or manager.
  • Collect and validate customer documents according to organisational norms.
  • Log cases in the system following SOPs and complete the disbursement process.
  • Fulfill sanction ratios as required by the organisation.
  • Meet customer requirements by cross-selling multiple products under the guidance of a supervisor or manager.
  • Work with managers or supervisors to empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations with the help of managers or supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
