
Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and promoting the company s range of tiles and sanitary ware products to architects builders contractors retailers and end-users NB Female Candidates are preferred Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory Meet and engage with builders contractors architects and interior designers to promote products Generate leads through field visits cold calling and networking Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and channel partners Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote brand awareness Keep track of competitor activities pricing and market trends Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or internal systems Participate in trade shows exhibitions and product launches Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth Key Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of tiles sanitary ware products and building materials is an advantage Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools Self-motivated and result-oriented Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
