
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Female) to drive business growth through acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships. This role is entirely office-based, focusing on telecalling, online meetings, and client engagement without any field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out, and engage potential clients across all our product offerings.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and online meetings to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collect and provide market feedback to the team for product improvements and strategy planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or telecalling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Basic tech knowledge and ability to understand software products.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client interactions effectively.
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with targets and incentives.
