About the Opportunity:
- We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious professional to join our team as an HR and Admin Intern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Provide executive assistance, including scheduling, documentation and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
- Update and maintain social media presence.
- Offer general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
- Interest in social media and digital content creation.
