Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

This role involves designing and implementing Salesforce data cloud solutions to unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth for personalization and engagement.

The ideal candidate should combine expertise in Salesforce data cloud with advanced knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and integrations.

  • Data Streams for ingestion.
  • Data Model Objects (DMOs) and relationships to support scalable customer data models.
  • Identity Resolution for unified customer profiles.
  • Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations for analytics and personalization.

We are seeking a professional with strong experience in data modeling and data integration. This role will be responsible for defining and optimizing data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce data cloud to support business use cases.

The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.

We require 5-9 years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically at least 2+ years in Salesforce data cloud/CDP.

A good understanding of marketing cloud, service cloud, or sales cloud is required.

Salesforce certifications such as data cloud consultant, data architect, or platform developer I/II are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce data cloud solutions.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce data cloud.
  • Integrate data cloud with other Salesforce clouds for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Document solutions and provide training to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce data cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
