Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant with a proven track record in implementing Financial Services Cloud solutions for clients in wealth management, banking, and financial services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of Salesforce expertise, with experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing FSC features to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support financial services business processes.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Evaluate compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
