Cloud Data Strategist

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Cloud Data Strategist to drive the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce platform architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design. They should have a deep understanding of cloud-based data management and proven strategic leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of cloud-based data strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Cloud solutions that unlock customer insights and enable AI-driven personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, and other cloud platforms.
  • Develop and manage data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture teams to align cloud initiatives with overall data strategy.
  • Mentor and lead teams of professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.

Education:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field is highly preferred.
