Job Title: Chief Data Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Data Architect to lead our data engineering efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines that support machine learning model development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using cloud-based data warehousing platforms (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks SQL) and distributed frameworks like Spark.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through data-driven insights.
  • Leverage Databricks platform for data engineering tasks, including Delta Lake, Databricks Workflow, Job Clusters, and Databricks CLI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, and bash scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks platform, including Delta Lake and Databricks Workflow.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, API development frameworks (Flask, FastAPI), and containerization frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes).
Skills:
  • Machine learning life cycle, data mining, and ETL techniques.
  • Commonly used machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, xgboost).
  • Pythonic API development frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).
  • Containerization frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes).
