Leading Product Strategist Opportunity

  • We are seeking a results-driven product strategist to drive local product growth and expansion through innovative strategies, close collaboration with global teams, and in-depth market analysis.
About the Role

This role will involve defining and executing product roadmaps aligned with global vision and local market needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, manage product lifecycles, and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategy plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with global teams to plan and execute product roadmap initiatives, including ramp-up and ramp-down plans.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
  4. Manage the entire product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  5. Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  6. Provide product training and support to sales teams to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Electrical/ECE/EEE or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, OEM market development, or application development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation and motion products, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Motion controllers, VFDs, etc.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking and communications like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, EtherCat, Ethernet, etc.
