Job Summary:

This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across global operations, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock across USA and India to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates; ensure alignment with shipment schedules to minimize delays.
  • Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to reduce costs while meeting CPC quality specifications.
  • Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Handle SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
  • Strong LP modeling and analytical skills.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.
