- Bachelor's degree in Economics Liberal Arts Mathematics Statistics Cognitive Science Design Philosophy or related field.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with a structured approach.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency with Excel Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL analytics tools is a plus.
- Curious proactive and eager to learn new insights and apply them to drive growth.
- Natural tinkerer experimenting with new tools technologies and ideas excites you.
- Thrives in unstructured environments enjoys setting up processes from scratch.
