About the Role

This role involves providing first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 apps and desktop environments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience across our organization and knowledge of Office 365 admin portals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Support desktop environments: Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripheral support.
  • Assist with user account management in Azure AD / Office 365 (password resets, license assignment, MFA setup).
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to senior engineers while documenting troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
