Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and customizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with additional emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

About the Role:

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++ programming language.
  • Bidirectional Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills written and spoken.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow TAS or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines version control and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
