Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Careerflight Consultancy. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new learners across various industries including ed tech, telecom, fintech, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use various sales methods to acquire learners, including cold calling, presentations, and client meetings.
- Develop strategies for learner acquisition, gathering customer insights, and generating leads for sales.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activity, and formulate strategies to respond to these.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 3+ years of field sales experience.
- Cold Calling Experience, Lead Generation, Field Sales, and Direct Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with negotiation and convincing skills.
