Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly sales targets across multiple channels while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
- Develop effective plans to ensure sales growth while managing Days of Inventory (DOH) for products.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Manage inventory distribution to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Forecast product demand to maintain sustainable inventory levels.
- Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities.
Basic Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in business management or related field.
Minimum 4 years' experience as a sales manager or similar role.
Solid understanding of sales principles, category management, and marketing practices required.
Proven team leadership skills and excellent communication abilities essential.
Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented individual desired.
