**Job Title:** Aero Dynamics HR Lead

**Company Overview:

Making things fly is not just about designing airplanes; it's also about making sure our employees are happy and productive. We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead our HR team and help us achieve our goals.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  1. We need someone who can find the best talent out there and bring them on board.
  2. The ideal candidate will have experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. They should also be able to develop and implement effective talent management strategies.

Employee Relations:

  1. Our new HR Manager will need to foster positive employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  2. They should promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. And manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. We need someone who can oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  2. This includes salary planning, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment.
  3. Regular salary and benefits benchmarking is essential to ensure we remain competitive.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  1. Our HR Manager will need to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  2. They should manage HR risk by implementing appropriate policies and procedures.
  3. And conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential HR risks.

HR Operations:

  1. We need someone who can manage HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS systems.
  2. They should oversee data privacy and security compliance.
  3. And utilize HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  2. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  3. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  4. They should have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  5. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams is essential.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
  7. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary.
  8. Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software is a must.
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,800,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum.
