Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing to improve data accuracy and reporting">
  • Troubleshoot Jira issues and resolve project-specific blockers in a timely manner">
  • Assess and evaluate third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality">
  • Design and implement efficient Jira workflows and processes to improve productivity and efficiency">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Jira configurations and customizations">
