Our organization seeks a seasoned IT professional to manage and optimize VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions ensuring high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration. They should possess strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX, along with a deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensuring high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.
  • Managing and optimizing VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

· 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.

· Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.

· Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.

· Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.

· Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).

· Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
