Senior DevOps Engineer

Your Career Path:

We are seeking a highly motivated senior DevOps engineer to join our production group.

You will work closely with our research and security teams to build, operate, and scale our SaaS platform across tens of thousands of cloud projects and large-scale container clusters.

Responsibilities
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of production reliability, ensuring that our services remain resilient, secure, and cost-optimized.
  • Leading automation, incident management, and on-call support, as well as driving post-incident analysis and mean time to recovery reduction.
  • Building scalable systems and guiding best practices across DevOps and security.
Requirements
  • 10+ years as a DevOps engineer with a strong passion for technology, reliability, and service excellence.
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (GCP preferred), with proven ability to manage large-scale environments.
  • Strong background in infrastructure automation and orchestration using Terraform, HashiCorp tools, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Proficiency in containerized and virtualized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) with advanced scaling strategies.
  • Solid experience in CI/CD and release automation, including configuration management and deployment pipelines.
  • Programming skills in Python or Go with high proficiency in Linux systems.
  • Knowledge of databases such as Cassandra, ScyllaDB, MemSQL, or MySQL.
  • Strong expertise in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem analysis, driving mean time to recovery reduction and operational resilience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a proven ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
