Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira.

The successful Jira Administrator will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects, and supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments
  • Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies
