Job Title : Regional Sales Head

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at CapTalent HR. As a Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Present and promote our products to existing and prospective customers
  2. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  3. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  4. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  5. Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements

  1. Work experience as a sales representative in the medical field
  2. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  3. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  4. Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills
  5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  6. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
