Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Head - Digital Media Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree digital media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media channels, client management, and the ability to create and implement effective digital media strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that encompass all digital channels, including search, social, display, video, programmatic, and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Campaign Planning: Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree digital media campaigns, integrating various channels to deliver cohesive and effective marketing messages across all digital touchpoints.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their digital presence.
  • Media Buying and Optimization: Oversee media buying, including negotiation with media vendors, budget allocation, and continuous optimization of campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, creative, content, and GTM teams, to ensure the successful execution of digital media strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to continuously refine strategies and ensure they are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and strategy, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful 360-degree digital campaigns.
  • Media Agency background is a must with prior experience in working on brand pitches, annual plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, including search, social, display, video, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital media planning and analytics tools, such as media planning software, DV360, Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
