IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.

This role will play a crucial part in supporting our IT operations by serving as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the IT team and users to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives in our IT support services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact in the IT support call centre
  • Providing technical assistance to both internal and external clients
  • Travelling to client sites to provide onsite support when required
  • Diagnosing and resolving fundamental technical issues involving hardware and software
  • Configuring, deploying and supporting end-user computing

A high level of English written and oral communication skills is essential for this role. Previous experience in IT Support, healthcare application familiarity and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also desirable.
