Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for growth and craft campaign solutions tailored to influencer-led strategies.
  • Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and content formats.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, talent, and creative teams to develop compelling pitch decks and proposals.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and manage deal pipelines with precision.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and scaling revenue through collaborations.
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Snapchat, Moj, or Threads.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align creator content with brand objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with agencies, media planners, and brand managers.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
