Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter to support our influencer marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about content, creators, and digital storytelling.

  • Sharing MIS reports and handling the database in collaboration with SAP systems.
  • Candidates will need to share reports on weekends if required.
  • Regular delivery coordination's with multiple plants for different categories.
  • Maintaining good relationships with plant managers and local sourcing teams.
  • Understanding sales trends and adjusting production plans accordingly.
Key Responsibilities

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies.
  • Identifying and engaging with key influencers in the industry.
  • Developing and executing content calendars to meet business objectives.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of advanced Excel skills, including formulas like VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
  • A solid understanding of SAP systems (training can be provided).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
